At Patagonia Worn Wear, we stand behind the quality of our used gear and offer returns within 30 days of purchase if the item does not meet your expectations. Please note that all returns must be in the same condition as received and are subject to a flat shipping fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by the portal; a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring the Worn Wear tags are still attached and the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
